BP has once again partnered with XUNLI, purchasing two additional sets of the LAB-1350 layer bag slitter in May 2024. This decision follows the successful operation of the first XUNLI unit purchased in 2022, which has demonstrated stable and reliable performance over two years.
Previously, BP used a different brand’s equipment but faced multiple operational challenges. The older machine caused material to bounce out of the bag cutting entrance, left residual material inside the machine and empty bags, and allowed empty bags to wrap around the cutter shaft. These issues disrupted workflow and increased maintenance demands.
XUNLI’s LAB-1350 resolved these pain points. Its advanced design ensures precise cutting, minimizes material spillage, and prevents empty bags from tangling with the cutter shaft. The equipment’s consistent performance and durability significantly reduced downtime, boosting BP’s operational efficiency.
Impressed by the results, BP expanded its investment in XUNLI technology. The new units will further streamline BP’s bag-handling processes, ensuring higher productivity and cost savings. This repeat purchase underscores BP’s trust in XUNLI’s engineering excellence and reinforces the LAB-1350’s reputation as a superior solution for industrial bag-slitting applications.
