The XUNLI Mini Bag Emptying Machine MTAB-800 features an online water cleaning system. The machine’s interior is equipped with 4-5 spray balls, connected to a 2-inch water inlet pipe that operates under a pressure of 2KG. The cleaning process begins with spraying the interior surface using a solution of water and approximately 0.02% riboflavin. This is followed by the use of purified water and alkaline water for thorough cleaning. The entire cleaning cycle lasts about 6 minutes and consumes approximately 1 ton of water. After the cleaning process, the equipment is completely free of any riboflavin residue, ensuring a clean and hygienic interior.
