The XUNLI Mini Bag Emptying Machine MTAB-800 can be cleaned online using water. The machine’s interior is equipped with 4-5 spray balls connected to a 2-inch water inlet pipe under 2KG water pressure. First, the interior surface is sprayed with water containing about 0.02% riboflavin. Then, purified water and alkaline water are used separately for cleaning. The entire cleaning process takes about 6 minutes and uses approximately 1 ton of water. After the online water cleaning is completed, the equipment is left free of any riboflavin residue.
