Equipment description
The working process of this automatic bag emptying machine: the belt conveyor feed the bags into the bag unpacking machine,the bags are cut open from top and bottom side by two rows of blades, the cut open bags fall into the drum screen above the hopper, the drum screen roll to get the material separated from the bag, the materials fall from the hole of drum screen into the hopper, the empty bags rolling through the drum screen and fall into the empty bag compactor to be collected and extruded out. This machine can explosion-proof configuration, stainless steel configuration or customized for different working conditions.

F-RAB-1350: It is RAB-1350 drum screen bag slitter equipped with a flip machine, It can handle the pallet bags, the processing capacity is over 600bag/hour, it also could be equipped with pallet stacker to get the empty pallets stacked automatically.

Equipment description
The forklift load the whole pallet of bags on the roller conveyor line of the Flip machine, in which the roller conveyor line automatically corrects the position of the pallet of bags, and then the Flip machine turns upward by 90 degrees, and in the process of turning, the bags on the pallet will be scattered on the belt conveyor of the Flip machine at the same time. After the Flip machine is turned upward by 90 degrees, the belt conveyor on the Flip machine starts to convey the bags in batches into the Drum screen bag slitter for emptying. After all the bags are conveyed by the Flip machine to the bag emptying machine, the Flip machine turns downward 90 degrees to the original position and sends out the empty pallet.
If you have variety of different bags, different material and have high requirement on processing capacity, RAB-series drum bag slitter is recommended, it can be equipped with flip machine to fit for the pallet of bags, and also it can be equipped with pallet stacker to fulfill the function of piling up de pallets automatically.
