MTAB-800 Mini bag slitter: It is suitable for the Pharmaceutical and Food industries. It can handle plastic, paper, and woven bags that are different in size and bag structure, with a high bag emptying rate of around 99.5%—99.99%. For a one-layer bag, near 0 bag debris enters the material with one knife cutting open the bag. It is equipped with a built-in spray ball to fulfill online water cleaning. The mini-size footprint is 1.3 m* 1.25 m.

Equipment description
The working process of this automatic bag emptying machine: the belt conveyor sends the bag into the inner part of the mini bag slitter, then the internal bag catching device grab the bag, one piece of blade cut open the bag from the bottom, the material falls into the hopper by gravity, the bag emptying device imitating human movement to shake the bag to empty the material out of the bag, in the end the empty bag to be automatically collected and extruded out by empty bag compactor. This machine can explosion-proof configuration, stainless steel configuration for different working conditions.
The machine is mainly made of 316 stainless steel, all the material used meet FDA requirement.
The internal of the machine can be washed directly by water through the spray ball built inside of the machine, to guarantee its internal cleanness.
On top the machine, there is interface connection to the hot air pipe, to get the machine dried after spray washing.
